Sarinah Thamrin Rejuvenation

On the brink of Jakarta as Commuter friendly city through the construction of MRT in the heart of Jakarta Business District, offers a chance of rejuvenating the first high-rise building in Jakarta, the Sarinah Tower. The concept is to re-façade the heritage building, and creates a new mixed-use development high-rise tower functioned as office space and hotel on the above level. Rejuvenation of Sarinah will create a new urban realm with vibrant modern architecture.
