UKI Masterplan Competition

The main concept of the masterplan is creating Green Axis through pedestrianized plaza for the campus blocks, as well as the new commercial development as the gate of the compound. Applying Space syntax analysis, to create a dynamic plaza, resulting in provision of ease of access from one building to another. Strong Axis from the commercial outdoor plaza straight to the Church building at the back end of the site.
